The Projects:

Our Client is an industry leader ranking among the ENR Top 30 Construction firms, operates nationwide. We are currently seeking a candidate to join their ground-up projects in Washington DC, primarily focusing on the science and tech sector. These projects encompass a wide range of scales, from $100 million to $300 million, and may include interior fitouts of up to 100,000 square feet.


The Role:

In this role, you will report directly to a Senior Project Manager with over 12 years of experience within the company. Based in Washington DC, our client operates offices in seven different states across the United States.
