Sheldon is the Managing Partner of Charles + Charles USA and founded the group in 2016.  After a decade building a recruitment business from the ground up - starting in London and scaling internationally - Sheldon’s focus is on creating a powerful community of entrepreneurial recruiters.

The Charles + Charles platform gives our team the opportunity to build on their own ambition while partnering with some of the biggest and best construction companies in the United States.

Ella Parikh

Joining Charles + Charles in 2021, Ella quickly became a driving force behind our Florida expansion. She’s built a powerful network of luxury home builders and top general contractors throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach, cementing her reputation as a key player in the market.

Ella’s been around for almost every chapter of the Charles + Charles story - from early adventures to today’s growth. She’s the longest-serving Partner and very much part of the fabric of our community.

Holly Bennett

Since joining Charles + Charles in 2022, Holly quickly became a part of the leadership team responsible for our marketing and operations, working closely with Sheldon to drive the company’s evolution. She’s been instrumental in deepening our presence across the U.S. and building a Resourcing Team that powers our ability to connect elite Estimating, Preconstruction, and Project Management talent with leading contractors nationwide.

Throughout the company’s growth, Holly has been there for the team and alongside Sheldon every step of the way - a constant presence as the Charles + Charles community continues to evolve.

Toby Cook

Toby joined Charles + Charles in 2022. With a background at J.P. Morgan and in Renewable Energy recruitment, he quickly became an integral part of the team. Toby manages a solid client base across Georgia and is recognised for his work ethic, charisma, and ability to consistently deliver on challenging roles.

His contributions have been instrumental in the company’s growth and in shaping the collaborative culture that is represented across the Charles + Charles community.

Calum Bourne

Calum plays a key role in our Florida team - connecting top talent with Real Estate Developers and Owners Reps across Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Working closely with Ella, he helps deliver for some of our longest-standing clients while driving the continued growth of our network in the region.

Away from work, Calum is an experienced skier, keeps active, speaks Spanish….and remains loyal to Wolverhampton Wanderers, for better or worse.

Cameron Jones 

Having spent years as a professional athlete, Cameron brings an elite sporting mindset - competitiveness, resilience, and focus to everything he does.

He now applies that energy to helping his clients, connecting top talent with leading contractors across New York and the surrounding areas.
