Projects:
The Traveling Superintendent will oversee interior commercial projects in education, healthcare, civic, and commercial facilities across the United States, impacting communities through quality construction.

The Role:
The role involves ensuring safe working conditions per OSHA and company policies, supervising subcontractors, managing schedules, and meeting budgets. The superintendent will build relationships with stakeholders, ensure quality control and compliance, maintain documentation using Procore, mentor field teams, coordinate project logistics, and adapt to diverse project environments while upholding standards.

Qualifications:
Candidates need 5+ years of construction experience with a general contractor, knowledge of construction methods and blueprints, and strong leadership skills. Proficiency in Procore (training provided), intermediate computer skills, a valid driver’s license, OSHA 30-Hour, and CPR/First Aid certifications are required. The role demands physical stamina, extensive travel, and strong communication.
