The Role:
Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you will lead commercial construction projects, focusing on healthcare or tenant improvement, from concept to completion. Your role involves ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining high-quality standards, and building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to secure future opportunities. You will manage schedules, costs, contracts, and documentation, including RFIs and change orders, while mitigating risks and collaborating with superintendents for efficient execution. Additionally, you will mentor junior staff, demonstrating strong leadership. Candidates must have at least ten years of experience in healthcare or heavy tenant improvement construction, with a history of stability (5-6 years at recent employers), a Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field, and proficiency in project management software, construction accounting systems, and Microsoft Office, paired with strong analytical and communication skills.
