The Projects:

The Estimator II will work on diverse commercial projects, including education, healthcare, civic, and commercial facilities, primarily in Texas. These projects contribute significantly to local communities through quality construction.

The Role:

The Estimator II will prepare accurate cost estimates for ground-up commercial projects, collaborate with project teams, and build relationships with Austin-based subcontractors and suppliers. This is a full-time, in-office role.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of estimating experience with commercial general contractors, strong local industry connections, and proficiency in estimating software. A stable career history and a commitment to excellence are essential.
