This third-generation family-run business is known for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, contributing significantly to the Texas construction landscape.

The company manages projects in corporate, retail, interiors, mixed-use, K-12, healthcare, mission critical, residential, senior living, higher education, industrial, and worship sectors, providing Estimators with diverse and challenging opportunities.

The Role

As a Construction Estimator, you will be integral to the preconstruction phase, responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial construction projects. Your role involves analyzing project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure all bidding requirements are met. You will perform detailed quantity take-offs to determine material and labor needs, solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing, and use estimating software to generate comprehensive cost proposals. Successful candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in commercial construction estimating, with a proven track record on ground-up projects exceeding $10M.
