The Projects:

They’ve just started a ground-up education facility. Projects span through Mixed-Use, Senior Living, Office, Retail, Education, Hospitality & Multi-Family.

The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their office in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Ideally you’ll be coming from a background in commercial construction, experience working on education projects is a bonus.

You will be running a ground-up education facility project when you start, as well as starting new projects that are coming up. You will have a team underneath you.

This is an office-based role but occasional travel to projects in SC if needed.

What’s in it for you?

Our client are offering a base salary between $130,000-$140,000.
