Established over 70 years ago post-WW2, they quickly grew from residential to commercial construction but still remain a privately owned and family-run company that have built a strong reputation for quality and a diverse portfolio of projects. They have an annual revenue of over $250M, a headcount of 600+ employees, and are nationally recognized for their excellence in commercial construction.

Projects:

Our client has a pipeline of work across The Carolinas, Florida & Virginia in several sectors, such as multi-family, commercial, mixed-use, public sector, government, retail, data centres and leisure to name a few.

The Role:

We are looking for a Project Manager to be based out of our clients Greenville office. Experience with stick build sector is preferred, and the right candidate will have 7+ years experience with a GC .
