Our client is a leading national general contractor that are currently at the forefront of South Carolina's construction market. The business has been established for 90 years, and currently has a pipeline of five years worth of work in Columbia, SC. Our client has a headcount of 350 employees, and a clear path to progression, with many employees having remained in the business for 15+ years.

The Projects:

Our client has built some of South Carolina's most remarkable construction projects. With multi-family and commercial work dominating their portfolio's, our client also completes several healthcare, education, aviation and data centre schemes. Working with our client will see you gaining experience in ground-up construction as well as being able to work on a wide range of projects in the state.

The Role:

We are currently looking for a Preconstruction Manager to join our clients team in Columbia, SC. The ideal individual will have multi-family and/or commercial experience, and have experience managing Preconstruction teams. We are looking for someone ambitious, who is ready to step in to an exciting position, working with some of the businesses biggest clients and having the opportunity to progress up to Director level in the future.
