Ranked as one of the 25 largest interior commercial contractors in Atlanta and listed on the Best Restaurant Contractors in Atlanta, their projects across the South-eastern region of the United States and ranges from $500,000 - $10,000,000 for minor rehabilitation projects to ground-up construction.

The Role:

We are seeking a Preconstruction Manager based in Charleston, SC. You will be responsible for leading the Preconstruction duties within the business, training junior members of the team, working closely with the directors, analyzing project risks and opportunities, and working with project teams. Previous GC experienced is preferred for this role.
