Our Client are a full-service commercial construction & Development firm in the Raleigh-Durham/ Triangle area that also offer owner representation, real estate development, and financial expertise. Founded just over 10 years ago by two brothers who bring more than 30 years of experience, this company are entrenched in knowledge and expertise.

The Projects:

Their projects range from development and new construction, to interior fit-up and renovation – whether that’s in commercial, retail or office spaces, or industrial, mixed use, or medical facilities.

The Role:

We are seeking a Superintendent with commercial ground-up experience to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience running 2-4 small projects simultaneously. This client works on projects up to $20M so experience in this space is preferred.
