Established over 70 years ago post-WW2, they quickly grew from residential to commercial construction but still remain a privately owned and family-run company that have built a strong reputation for quality and a diverse portfolio of projects. They have an annual revenue of over $300M, a headcount of 400+ employees, and are nationally recognized for their excellence in commercial construction.

Our client has a pipeline of work across The Carolinas, Florida & Virginia in several sectors, such as multi-family, commercial, mixed-use, public sector, government, retail, data centres and leisure to name a few.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced civils Project Manager to join our client's Raleigh team. This is a very rare opportunity, as we are looking for someone who has the ability to lead and be at the forefront of the businesses new Civils division. You will be stepping in to new territory and will have the opportunity to make your mark on the success of this major GC client. If you are currently working for a Civils contractor and looking to emerge in to the GC world, this could be for you.
