Established over 70 years ago post-WW2, they quickly grew from residential to commercial construction but still remain a privately owned and family-run company that have built a strong reputation for quality and a diverse portfolio of projects. They have an annual revenue of over $250M, a headcount of 600+ employees, and are nationally recognized for their excellence in commercial construction.

Our client has a pipeline of work across The Carolinas, Florida & Virginia in several sectors, such as multi-family, commercial, mixed-use, public sector, government, retail, data centres and leisure to name a few.

The Role:

We are looking for a Preconstruction Director, North Carolina based (can work from either Charlotte or Raleigh). This is a great opportunity to become a key player within a major business that has long-established roots across the Carolinas. The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior management position and will be able to hit the ground running. We are also considering Senior Preconstruction Managers who are ready to take the next step up in their career.
