We are seeking an up-and-coming Estimator/Preconstruction Manager (1-3yrs Experience) for a long-established commercial general contractor in Charlotte, North Carolina. Founded in the late 1980’s, the company have grown significantly whilst holding onto their roots. The owner of the business comes from a military background and emerged into the construction world in the early 80’s where he built long-lasting relationships with clients and is responsible for many of Charlotte’s high-quality commercial builds.

The Projects:

Ground-up and up-fit of commercial offices, retail spaces, leisure facilities and government buildings up to $50M in value.

The Role:

We are seeking an Estimator with 1-3yrs commercial experience to join their growing preconstruction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing small – medium sized projects and be able to cover several projects simultaneously. We are also seeking a team-player who wants to progress within a business, growing up to a senior level in the future.
