The Client:

Our client is a high-end general contractor based in the heart of Manhattan, with projects based in New York Metropolitan area and Long Island, with a turnover of $30m per year. Covering high end projects across lower Manhattan.  Our client is an inhouse construction group, helping bring luxury apartments and commercial projects to life. Known for their long-standing service to the New York market, they are known for completing projects on time and within budget as well as having received recognition with well-known articles such as the New York times.

The Projects:

Our client work on projects, specifically within the high-end luxury market, working closely with private developers. With projects up to $5m, they are known for their precision and good understanding of the unique personalities of each project creating styles which best fit.

The Role:

Our client is looking to expand their team. The ideal candidate will come from a trades background, with experience running teams and projects up to $2m. Ability to oversee 3-4 projects at the same time is necessary, so strong organisational skills and leadership skills is required. Candidates who are looking to work their way up in a company and become part of an integral team.
