Our client are a Project & Construction Management Firm based in Manhattan. They are woman-owned and hold over a decade in the industry. 

The Projects:

Their projects span through data centers, healthcare infrastructure/capital projects and educational institutions as well as Corporate Real Estate and Residential projects.

The Role:

We are looking for Cost Consultants with Data Center experience, coming from top consultancy firms for this role - our client has recently established a cost division and require an experienced consultant to help manage the division.

The role can be remote but may involve occasional travel to job sites or to their Manhattan HQ.
