Our client is a small family-ran full service contracting company established in 1988 who cater to multiple aspects of the construction process and cover the following sectors: interiors, healthcare, industrial, self-storage, shopping centers, educational, worship, retail & hospitality and more.

The CEO has daily involvement with the group’s overall administration along with project design, engineering and the feasibility of real estate investments bringing his extensive knowledge and experience to the business. The Vice Presidents of the business are the CEO’s sons of whom have both progressed within their careers in the construction industry as Project Managers, Estimators and Superintendents to the point of being experienced enough to manage the family business that exists today.

The Candidate:

The company are seeking an enthusiastic project manager to join the tight-knit community in Holmdel, New Jersey office. The ideal candidate must have:

· The ability to understand, manage and meet client expectations in a collaborative environment,

· Manage a fair, competitive and well-scoped bid process,

· Have complete knowledge and understanding of the construction process,

· Be able to provide the necessary project documentation as well as manage cost control,

· Computer skills with knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Bluebeam & ProEst.

The Benefits:

This company is willing to offer a competitive salary up to $140K + package for the suitable candidate.
