As they continue to expand our project portfolio, we are seeking a motivated Junior Estimator to join the Boston team.

Position Overview:

As a Junior Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in our pre-construction process, assisting in the estimation of project costs and contributing to the overall success of our construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

• Previous internship or work experience in construction estimating preferred.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with construction estimating software (e.g., Procore, PlanSwift, Bluebeam).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
