The Projects:

Their portfolio consists of over 40 million SF of interior spaces. This includes industrial, commercial, multi-family and multi-purpose projects.

The Role:

You will be preparing detailed cost estimates for projects, conducting site visits, and researching market prices. You'll submit bid proposals, identify potential risks, and collaborate with project teams to align estimates with project goals. They also maintain updated cost data and refine estimation techniques based on completed projects.
