The Role:

Our client is looking for a Senior Estimator with 5+ years’ experience estimating Commercial Projects. This includes experience in ground- up construction, renovations, site work, etc. Experience in budgeting projects from schematic stage to DD budgets to final estimates is necessary. Our client does little to no self-perform work, 95% of the role is to solicit and manage bidders and analyse subcontractor estimates along with completing schematic and 50% design budgets.
