In addition to residential, their portfolio includes mixed-use, commercial, and land development projects, reflecting their versatility and experience across sectors.

The Role:

Due to continued growth and a robust pipeline, our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of project management experience within the real estate development or construction industry, with a proven ability to lead high-value, ground-up mid/high rise developments from inception through to completion. Our client is open to candidates from both a General Contractor and Real Estate Developer background.
