The Client:

Our client is a Self-Perform General Contractor with multiple offices in Florida. They perform new-build, renovation, and demolition services in South, Central, and North Florida. They have garnered a repeat client base through keeping their services in-house, with an emphasis on high quality and efficient work. They combine old-school construction characteristics with the adoption of modern technology to assist their services.

The Projects:

Their portfolio consists mostly of Light Commercial work, with retail, restaurant and corporate office projects being their bread and butter. Scope of works span interior renovations, total demolition & rebuilds, and new builds from the ground-up.

The Role:

We are looking for a Superintendent or Foreman with experience running Commercial projects from the field. The ideal candidate has 3-8 years of experience and has a background as a Laborer.

If you have no fear of getting your tools out and assisting the guys out in the field whilst simultaneously handling Foreman / Superintendent responsibilities, then you are perfect for this role.

You will be stationed in Fort Myers full-time, managing the strong pipeline of projects in the City.
