Their projects range in value from $200K to $5M for custom designs, demonstrating a commitment to quality and personalized craftsmanship.

The Role:

In response to continued growth, our client is seeking a skilled Estimator to join their team in Naples. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating similar residential projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting detailed cost analyses for custom home builds, model homes, and renovation projects.

• Collaborating with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.

• Utilizing advanced estimation software and methodologies to streamline the estimation process.

• Preparing comprehensive bid proposals and presenting them to clients and stakeholders.

• Monitoring project budgets and providing ongoing cost management throughout the construction phase.

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, materials, and building techniques.
