The Projects:

This position will focus on retail construction projects in the Dallas area, with budgets ranging from $5M to $50M. The company is actively expanding its retail sector, offering opportunities to work on high-profile projects that demand tight schedules and exceptional standards.

The Role:

As a Superintendent, you will oversee daily jobsite activities, ensure safety compliance, manage subcontractors, and maintain quality control. Reporting directly to the Senior Superintendent or Senior Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong track record in retail, healthcare, or education projects. Proven ability to supervise multiple trades and deliver high-quality results is essential. Certifications such as OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR/AED, and Confined Space Awareness are preferred.
