The Client:
Our client is a General Contractor with over 30 years of experience in commercial construction, specializing in retail, office, and mixed-use projects. They have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, focusing on reliability and accountability.
The Projects:
New construction and renovation projects across the commercial retail sector with project budgets ranging from $5M to $50M. Projects are located across central Texas and will require travel to sites on occasion.
The Role:
This role involves managing commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring schedules, budgets, and subcontractors are effectively coordinated. The Project Manager will handle contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders while working closely with clients and internal teams to keep projects on track. Maintaining safety and quality standards is a key responsibility.
Ideal candidates will have at least five years of experience in commercial construction project management, preferably in retail, office, or mixed-use projects. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
