The Client:

Our Client are a leading National General Contractor working on Commercial and Industrial projects across all sectors including arts and culture, civil, commercial, education, entertainment and gaming, federal, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, municipal, retail, and technology. They were founded in the 60’s, growing steadily over the years to now be ranked among the top construction companies in the US that has client relationships at the foundations of the business.

The Projects:

You would be working on one of two manufacturing plant projects, both for internationally-recognised companies, alongside any number of commercial and industrial projects in the future including retail, multi-family, state and federal, military, gaming and hospitality, on one or multiple projects of various sizes.

The Role:

As Senior Project Manager, you could be the company’s contact with the client as well as being responsible for overall management of subcontractors, leading major technical, cost, scheduling and performance decisions.
