Based in Austin, TX, this role focuses on estimating commercial construction projects, particularly interior build-outs. Project budgets vary widely, offering the opportunity to contribute to a range of exciting and complex assignments. The current opening is within their commercial interiors division, catering to office, retail, and hospitality spaces.

The Role:
As a Commercial Construction Estimator, you’ll play a key role in shaping project outcomes by preparing detailed estimates and developing proposals for Lump Sum, GMP, and Cost Plus contracts. Reporting directly to the Preconstruction Manager, your work will be based in Austin, supporting both preconstruction and project execution teams.
