The Client:

Our Client are a nationwide General Contractor specializing in multi-million dollar projects for private and public sectors, including Hotels, Senior Living, Multi-Family and Residential. Founded in the 1980’s, they have experienced consistent and steady growth year on year.

The Projects:

You would be focused on Multi-Family projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, potentially across the whole of Texas.

The Role:

You will work closely with Executive Management and a team of Project Managers on any number of Multi-Family projects. You are expected to manage all bidding invitations and documents, remain in contact with subcontractors throughout bidding stages to confirm status, present bid analysis and bid narratives, conduct take-off and pricing on hard-bid, design-build, and negotiated projects. Other duties will be required.
