The Client:

Our client has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry and are largely known and respected for their focus on challenging, and logistically complicated projects. This company has offices across three separate states with 75% of their work being based in Pennsylvania, where this role would be based. They have grown exponentially since their inception, with an Estimating team made up of both Junior and Senior level Estimators and a workforce of over 200 employees.

The Projects:

Their projects range from $5,000,000 – $50,000,000 with a large portion coming from repeat clients. These projects could include Education, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Hospitality.

The Role:

You will report directly to the VP of Preconstruction and will assist him in managing the team. You will also be responsible for hiring and mentoring Junior members of the team.
