You will be working on any number of their live and upcoming Multi-Family projects in the greater Philadelphia area.

The Role:

They are looking for a Preconstruction Manager to focus on their Multi-Family developments in the Philadelphia suburbs. You will be reporting to the Vice President who oversees all offices outside of Philadelphia and will be expected to fulfil the standard duties of a Preconstruction Manager.

The ideal candidate may currently be an Estimator or Senior Estimator who is looking for an opportunity to grow and advance in their career, however, experience in multi-family builds is essential. Dependent on experience, they are offering up to $110,000 plus bonuses aligned with the work signed, meaning you could earn up to an extra $70,000.
