The Client:

Our client is one of the largest General Contractors in Manhattan, specializing in commercial interiors. In 15 years, the company has grown from the 3 Founding Directors to over 100 employees. Their clients range from tech companies, law firms, and media outlets including the likes of NBC and Apple Music.

This company strives to build innovative spaces that will inspire creativity amongst team members whilst maximizing productivity for their clients. They take pride in giving back to their community, working both within the education sector and with non-profit organizations.

The Projects:

You will be working on a selection of key accounts in Midtown, Manhattan. There is currently an opening for someone to work with their technology clients and the projects will range in size from $500,000 to $10,000,000. However, the majority will be between $1,000,000 to $3,000,000.

The Role:

You will report directly to the Head of Estimating who has been at the company for almost 10 years, having progressed from Junior Estimator. They are currently based in Manhattan and are soon to be opening an office in Washington D.C. as well as having projects in Philadelphia - this role can be based from any of these cities.
