The Client:

Our Client are a full-service commercial construction & Development firm in the Raleigh-Durham/ Triangle area that also offer owner representation, real estate development, and financial expertise. Founded just over 10 years ago by two brothers who bring more than 30 years of experience, this company are entrenched in knowledge and expertise. The company are arguably one of the best firms in the area, renowned for employee satisfaction and exponential growth. Having recently won a number of new projects, we are looking to add to their ever-growing team of ambitious individuals. 

The Projects:

Their projects range from development and new construction, to interior fit-up and renovation – whether that’s in commercial, retail or office spaces, or industrial, mixed use, or medical facilities. Our client has a new project starting in August 2024, which is a $100M ground-up build including site-work of 100 luxury condo's. 

The Role:

We are looking for a Mid-Level Superintendent to join our client and run the project above from August. Experience in multifamily or luxury townhomes is a must, and the successful candidate should be able to hit the ground running.
