Our client is a Commercial General Contractor, serving all areas local to Raleigh and Durham. The company has been in business for 10 years and is run by 2 brothers with 25 years’ experience a piece. The company generates a lot of repeat business, has a fantastic reputation in the area and is recognized as one of the quickest growing contractors in the state. They have a current head count of 30 employees and are currently in a huge period of growth. The company has generated $50M in revenue and plans to increase this to $100M by the end of next year.

They have a vast portfolio in the following areas: Commercial, residential, multi family, custom town homes, retail, public sector for multiple international high-profile clients.

The Role:

We are looking for a superintendent with 2-4 years’ experience to join our client on a ground up retail scheme involving site work worth $40M. The ideal candidate will have experience in ground up construction. The client will also consider candidates from sub-contractor backgrounds.
