The Role:

As the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of large-scale commercial projects in the Charlotte area. You will lead a team of construction professionals, collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in overseeing commercial concrete projects will be crucial in managing complex developments, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

What's in it for you?

Our client are offering a base salary between $200,000 and $240,000.
