The Projects:

Our client has a pipeline of work across The Carolinas, Florida & Virginia in several sectors, such as multi-family, commercial, mixed-use, public sector, government, retail, data centres and leisure to name a few.

The Role:

We are looking for a Project MAnager to join their office in Raleigh working on a mixture of commercial and healthcare new construction. Ideally looking for someone with 4+ years of experience with a GC, preferably commercial but will also consider candidates with 2-3 years of experience who are looking to progress from an APM role.

What’s in it for you?
