Our client has a pipeline of work across The Carolinas, Florida & Virginia in several sectors, such as multi-family, commercial, mixed-use, public sector, government, retail, data centres and leisure to name a few.

The Role:

We are seeking a Preconstruction Manager to join our clients team based in Raleigh. You will be responsible for leading all Estimating duties for multi-million dollar projects as well as work closely with the Directors, Project Lead's and general site teams. The ideal individual for this role is someone ambitiously looking to grow their career to the next level, who can see themselves in a management position in the near future.
