The Client:

Our client embarked on their journey in 2017 and swiftly expanded its presence throughout North Carolina. The director of the business has 15 years of experience with a prominent contractor in the region, he is renowned for delivering excellence. With an astute understanding of the market, the business commenced operations with immediate momentum, now capable of undertaking projects valued at up to $200 million. Its robust pipeline extends over the next four years, promising sustained growth and success.

The Projects:

Their portfolio consists of healthcare, education, multi-use and privately owned buildings. Our client has a relationship with a famous North Carolina based Youtuber who they are also currently completing $100M worth of work for across multiple projects.

The Role:

We are looking for a Preconstruction Manager to join the team to work on our clients Raleigh-based projects. Previous experience in healthcare or public sector work is preferred but no essential. The successful individual will play a key role within the growth of the business, working closely with the director to ensure that they continue in their path.
