The Projects:

They have exceptional experience in storage, automotive, medical, industrial, corporate, institutional, retail, multi-family and senior living projects and have completed work for international clients including Starbucks, Hyundai, and Ford.

The Role:

We are looking for a Preconstruction Manager to join our client in either their Winston-Salem office of their Charlotte office. This is a combination of an Estimator & Project Manager position where you will work with project owners, designers & the business development team.

You will ideally have a 4-year technical degree or equivalent education/experience.
