Our client are a full-service, commercial construction firm that also offers owner representation, real estate development, and financial expertise. Founded in the 2010's, the principals of the company bring over three decades of experience

The Projects:

From new ground-up construction across a spectrum of markets, expansions & interior upfits and real estate development. Sectors include  office, retail, warehouse, multi-family, student housing, medical, education, athletic, and more with most projects being in the Triangle area.

The Roles:

We are looking for a Junior Superintendent and a Mid-Level Superintendent to join the team at the beginning of April, with projects starting throughout the month.
