With a solid track record, they have become well-trusted within the market and have grown significantly over the years. Having built a solid preconstruction team made up of people from a background with some of the US's top contractors, they are set to execute a major growth plan this year.

The Projects

Our client proudly hosts a portfolio of fully-owned land development schemes for single-family and custom home units.

The Role

We are seeking an Estimator that has experience delivering smaller $1M - $10M projects and has experience landing bids. Residential or horizontal construction experience is preferred for more experienced individuals, and the client will also consider taking on someone at the start of their career from a different background. Our client is looking for someone based either in Raleigh/Durham, North of Charlotte or in the Triad area, as this is a flexible position.
