Our client are a regional, family-owned Commercial General Contractor in the Triangle area founded in the 1980’s that have been in business for over 40 years. They have a number of commercial projects starting this year and are beginning to grow their team and expand.

The Projects:

Their project portfolio includes everything from small renovations to large phased projects throughout Civic, Office, Recreation, Healthcare, K-12, Higher Education & Religious sectors. They also complete Multi-Family projects, whether it’s luxury condos, student housing, apartments or senior living.

The Role:

We are looking for an Estimator in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area with up to 8 years of preconstruction experience to join our client as they have multiple new commercial projects starting this year. Individuals from both a commercial GC background & sub-contractor background are being considered.
