Our Client are a General Contractor serving commercial, government and ICT/ Infrastructure markets. Based in North Carolina since the early 90’s, they serve clients across the Carolinas and throughout the States, from Hawaii to Massachusetts. Their Team have a combined 200 years of experience and expertise in construction, design, and ICT.

The Projects:

They complete projects across education, federal, hospitality, municipal, multi-family, religious and retail sectors from new construction to renovations and tenant improvements.

Their portfolio of clients includes the DoD, U.S. Army & Airforce, Hilton, Marriott and multiple universities.

The Role:

We are seeking an Estimator to join our client's growing team. You will be responsible for creating detailed cost estimates for various projects, analyzing project risks and opportunities, and working closely with project managers and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
