Our Client are a full-service Commercial Construction firm in the Raleigh-Durham/ Triangle area that also offer owner representation, real estate development, and financial expertise. 

Founded just over 10 years ago by two brothers who bring more than 30 years of experience, this company are entrenched in knowledge and expertise. They are arguably the fastest growing GC in the Triangle market right now.

The Projects:

Their projects range from development and new construction, to interior fit-up and renovation – whether that’s in commercial, retail or office spaces, or industrial, mixed use, or medical facilities.

The Role:

They are looking to bring in an Estimator in the early years of their construction career to join their team in Raleigh. Ideally looking for someone with 1-3 years in a similar role at a small-to-medium sized General Contractor that is keen to get stuck in and grow with a company. 

What's in it for you?

Our client are offering a base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 dependent on their level of experience plus a comprehensive package.
