Our client specialises in High-end Residential Projects, from ground-up to renovations, across New York, Connecticut, and California.

The Projects:

Having already completed over 3,000 projects since establishment, they have worked with some of the world’s most affluent clients, designers, and architects. Their team have an acute attention to detail, with an in-house workforce of Carpenters, Millworkers, and Painters, to ensure all projects run seamlessly through to completion.

The Role:

The suitable candidate will be responsible for contributing their expertise and experience in Estimating, to ensure all projects run accurately and competitively. The suitable candidate will work closely with other members of the team, including Project Managers, Subcontractors, and Engineers, to establish the client’s requirements and provide detailed cost estimates.
