The Client:

We are working exclusively with a top 5 GC’s who are expanding their preconstruction team. At the forefront of New York's construction industry, the business has been established for over 100 years, with some of the top-players in construction having spent most of their careers there. Our client has developed and built millions of square feet of base buildings and interiors, the city’s landscape is filled with their name.

The Role:

We are looking for an Estimator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be ambitious to progress through a leading business and will be working on a mixture of commercial, residential, museums, airports, schools and hospitals across Manhattan.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

· Experience in Estimating, either with a GC or Interiors Contractor

Salary/Package
