We are looking for an Estimator / Senior Estimator to join a dynamic General Contractor based on Fifth Avenue, Manhattan. Our client has grown in size in recent years, and having won a number of projects across New York, they are looking to expand their pre-construction team.

Established in 2012, our client opened for business with the aims of providing high-quality, seamless work and has never looked back since. A leader in the commercial and residential space, our client has a strong pipeline of work over the next few years and is set to continue to expand throughout 2023.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their own Estimating team and progress up to Chief / Director level in the future.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

· 3-5yrs experience in Estimating, either with a GC or Sub Contractor

Salary/Package

Up to $165,000 + Bonus + Health Insurance + 401k with a minimum 5% employer contribution + 3 Weeks’ Vacation + $10K Employer Life Insurance
