We are working exclusively with a Tier 1, national GC’s who are expanding their preconstruction team in Manhattan. The business has been established for over 100 years, and is at the forefront of New York’s construction market, with some of the top-players in the industry having worked there. Having developed and built millions of square feet of base buildings and interiors, the city’s landscape is filled with our client’s name.

We are looking for an Estimator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be ambitious to progress through a leading business and will be working on a mixture of commercial, residential, museums, airports, schools and hospitals across Manhattan.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

· Experience in Estimating, either with a GC or Interiors Contractor

Salary/Package
