We have an exciting opportunity with a new client based in Manhattan, New York. Our client are an award-winning, up-and-coming general contractor with an annual turnover of $260M which is set to double within the next two years. The business has been established for just over 20 years and now has a headcount of 20 people. What began as a family-run business has grown in size and they are now ready to take the New York market by storm.

The Role:

Our client have a pipeline of work in the public sector space, with projects running for the next 4 years. Previously outsourcing their estimating, our client are now looking for an Estimator to be the first in the business. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make their mark and join a business with the long-term goal of building your own estimating team and becoming a preconstruction director in the future.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

• 3-5yrs experience in Estimating, either with a GC or Sub Contractor

Salary/Package

Up to $150,000 + Bonus + Travel
