We are working with a GC that is set to take the market by storm, with major growth plans throughout the coming years. Included in the growth plans is an expansion of the preconstruction team, which will be working on a 5-year pipeline of projects in Manhattan ranging in value from $500k - $60M.

Our client has been established for 60 years and now has a headcount of just over 100 employees. Projects range in ground-up construction, corporate interiors, technology, health care, education, and residential construction across New York.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information and respond to questions from clients, project managers, and subcontractors

· Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality in estimating and project management
