The Client:

We are working exclusively with an up-and-coming general contractor based in Manhattan, New York that are growing their pre-construction team and looking for a new Estimator. Established 15 years ago, our client has grown significantly in size and has a 4-year pipeline of work in commercial, healthcare and education sectors across New York. The director of the business has been in the industry for 25 years now and is a great individual to work alongside. With a reputation for a high standard of work and repeat business from their clients, this is a great opportunity for an Estimator still early in their career to join and grow as the business continues to scale.

The Role:

We are considering individuals with 1-4yrs experience in Estimating. GC experience is preferred but not necessary, as our client is open to the level of candidate and willing to train individuals if required.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

· Experience in Estimating, either with a GC or Interiors Contractor

Salary/Package

Up to $120,000 + Bonus + Health Insurance
